OMG why did I not see this website yesterday before I ordered my Sister flowers for her birthday that did not arrive on her day. They arrived 7am this morning and look like a $10 bunch of half dead flowers from the servo. I am threatening to go to A Current Affair unless they give me a refund. So annoyed and angry would never use them again and would never refer them but will make sure I tell everyone NOT to use them. They were not worth $80... Read more

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday. I picked out a nice mixed boquet. She received roses which isnt what i ordered. My mom doesnt like roses as they die to fast. Tried calling the number but unable to call as the number does not work. Very dissapointed.

My most recent order with Wecare Bloomex (Canada) and delivery was a test to be sure that they would not "screw it up again". They did okay, about a 7 out of 10...not perfect bu any stretch of the imagintion. Flowers were well packed and protected, delivery was on time, floral arrangement was very good but there were points deducted for wilted flowers and a cheap/crumpled card. see photos

DO NOT EXPECT YOUR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED ON TIME ON THE ACTUAL DATE YOU EXPECT. I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED ON HER BIRTHDAY - I RECIEVED A NOTICE MID DAY INDICATING THEY WERE IN TRANSIT SHE WAITED IN ALL DAY AND THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I HAD SENT AN EMAIL INDICATING THAT THEY HAD NOT ARRIVED AROUND 4:00.I FOLLOWED UP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WERE UNSYMPATHETIC TO MY PLIGHT, COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ON A SUNDAY,COULDN'T HELP ME... Ordered flowers for friend's birthday. The delivery cost $20 for same day but was late and the flowers looked nothing like the website image. What it did look was an old bunch bought at a 24 hour petrol station - but these cost $75. Bloomex managers were no help at all and clearly not interested in the problem. The Bloomex phone message tells you they are your genuine Australian florist but they called me from Canada to check the address.... Read more

Ordered flowers to get to a grieving widow to be delivered on the anniversary. Bloomex order confirmed the delivery date, but it turned out that they couldn't deliver on that date as promised after all. Instead of notifying me, they proceeded with the order knowing it wouldn't arrive until the following day. Boy, these folks are slick, ordered a dozen roses and got 11. They're smart, they know no one will waste their time calling for 1 flower short? I can imagine them doing this for every order they get for a dozen roses. Who can't count to 12? Its a very clever way for them to make extra money. Sadly the flowers looked old and tired....I'd never use them again for any reason.

After having used this service I would not recommend them to anyone. Their slightly lower costs are not worth the hassle of their 'service'. I would give the following criticisms. 1 - The "Same Day Delivery" refers to shipping has left the office on the same day. 2 - They Ship out of Sydney. Flowers don't travel well. and they arrived in a rather average condition. 3 - Perhaps they shouldn't advertise as a local business in QLD. This business... Read more

Ordered dozen long stem roses for my wife for our 13th Wedding Anniversary online through Bloomex. Paid the addidtional fee for next day delivery all within the allocated time frame. Received confirmation that order was confirmed and payment had been received. On the day of delivery 6th September 2016 received email saying order had been dispatched via fastway couriers.
