Where do I start They tell me 1 hour out from delivery, they cant do it!!!! they had all day to contact me and left it 1 hour before my wife finishes work. If it was'nt for me following them up and making a call I would have still been left in the dark. thank for destroying a special day for my wife. This company is atrocious! I ordered flowers on Saturday 3rd December for delivery that day. The website stated that if the order was placed was placed by 1 pm the flowers would be delivered that day. They were not delivered. I called Monday morning where I was told that my flowers would not be delivered until Tuesday 6th December. I asked for a refund so I could organise through another company. I ordered a dozen of mix roses a week ago to be delivered today (03/12/2016). Order has not arrived (order no. 1266964) I've called customer service, she sounded lifeless and pretended that the connection was bad and rudely hanged up. I also ordered a few months ago and it would not have been deliverednif I had not chased all the local couriers which ended up to be fastway. I do not recommend this online business at all. I was searching for an online florist that could deliver flowers same day. I found Bloomex who said they would deliver same day if order was placed before 1pm. I paid the $24.95 delivery fee only to wait to Monday came. I phoned angrily around 9 times on Monday and the customer service was hopeless, said they'd need Management to call me back. Ordered flowers first thing in morning for a local Melbourne suburb just 20 minutes away, wasn't until AFTER ordering and paying I get a message with tracking number saying 'dispatching from Sydney' !!!! NO indication on pictures of flowers they might be delayed/come from interstate, all advertising on their website also indicated same day delivery with no stated exceptions - my initial receipt ALSO indicated a same day delivery WOULD be carried... Do yourself a favour people STAY AWAY! I ordered a dozen red roses for a sister in law who lost her husband last week. They were supposed to be delivered on 4th November. THEY WERE NOT! Yet this company wanted feedback as if the order was completed! The order still had not been delivered by 8th November - the day before brother in laws funeral. All I got was excuses. They delivered flowers 4 days late even though I paid extra for the delivery date, and had to cancel them because my sister left hospital. She lives 150kms away, so never got the flowers. Unhelpful staff in an offshore call centre refused to give me any refund, and then eventually I got $5 back for delivery (even though I paid $15). So am really out of pocket, and was just trying to do something nice! Never use them if you want on time... Read more

I ordered flowers last Saturday, October 29 for delivery on Monday, October 31 for a special occasion. The delivery did not take place on Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told they would definitely be delivered on Tuesday. They were not. I called Wednesday morning to be told they absolutely will be delivered on Wednesday. They were not. After calling on chasing up a delivery that wasn't delivered on time. Live chat lied about delivery time, I was verbally abused by the female manager and then hung up on. Flowers came from Sydney and I am in Melbourne. Sure enough they rocked up dead, wasnt supersized as paid for and came with a horrible bright red vase. Very disappointed with staff and service. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on 31/10/16. Confirmed this while ordering. Called today to find out, it will not be delivered till 2/11/16. Special occation is over, there is no point of delivery. Had I known this would have never used this company. Staff were unhelpful and not friendly at all.
