My niece ordered a Christmas centerpiece with candles for me on Dec 22/18 they were supposed to be delivered that day.I had just lost my dog to a tragic accident and she had thought this might help me with this just before Christmas.
They didn't arrive - many calls were made by her & I and we were both told that they WERE delivered. They were not! Finally on December 28th they were delivered. The shallow water tray was bone dry, the green foam barely moist, the flowers were wilted and 1/2 dead.
Likely they were in the delivery guys trunk during the holidays!! Terrible service. We have both complained and no refund has been offered to my niece.
She also added chocolates and a stuffed bear to her order which added to a fairly high cost.Very disappointing!!
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Dead flowers, Ruining a surprise, 1 week late.
