Ordered roses for my elderly mother for Mothers Day, paid extra to have them delivered the day before.The arrived late in the evening on Mothers Day so wasted the extra cost and they were all dead within 3 days with most of them never having been open and apparently frozen.

What was supposed to be a multi-color bouquet was a single color - brown in three days Contact Bloomex and was told they don't do refunds.

Only after multiple emails did they offer to resend - kind of misses the whole frickin point of delivering it properly on Mothers Day.So I am out $140 bucks but on the up side I made a couple of calls and found a good local supplier for future so I wont ever use this service again
