I ordered flowers for delivery deliveryseveral days before Christmas. The date of delivery I received a confirmation that my order had been successfully delivered.

I later discovered the flowers had not been delivered. I contacted Bloomex chat and they informed me the flowers had been delivered on the correct day. To prove this statement they read from the delivery record. They provided this document for me to read in full.

From this document I learned that the flowers I purchased had been delivered to the wrong people in the wrong city! After learning Bloomex had provided the wrong address for the delivery I demanded a full refund. The chat representative informed me that that a manger would have to review this problem and would then contact me directly to process the refund. This process would take a couple of days then disconnected the chat.

No contacted me and my money was not refunded. I week after my order should have been delivered I received an order update indicating my order was going to be delivered. I replied Boomex the flowers should not be delivered because I had already asked for a refund. The next day I received another update that my order was a resend.

I replied to the message again indicating the flowers should not be sent. I wanted a refund. Days later I received a message informing be my Christmas floral arrangement would be delivered the week after New Years. I responded again saying it was too late to send the Christmas flowers after New Years.

The flowers were apparently delivered any way. I was so embarrassed! After this embarrssing delivery Bloomex finally responded to my last message to them. They told me the original flowers were delivered on the day I had request but they were delivered to the wrong address in the wrong city.

After I contacted Bloomex chat for an explanation and a refund someone at Bloomex decided to send the flowers out a week late instead of refunding my money. The flowers were prepared and went out for delivery but were left overnight in a truck in -28 degree winter weather and were frozen before they could be delivered. Bloomex then decided that they would deliver the flowers the week after New Years rather than refunding my money as I had requested. My order was delivered 2 weeks too late.

I have made 3 requests to Bloomex for the contact information for the company CEO or the equivalent. My request has been ignored. I cannot even get the name of the person at Bloomex who sent the message! I would like to express my disappointment over my disturbing experience to the head of the company.

I would like the CEO to know that the customer service was terrible. I would also like to inform top people at Bloomex that I will not use Bloomex again. This opportunity has not been possible because I cannot get the name and contact information for Bloomex leaders. I have never received even a partial refund.

I have never received any explanation for why I had to pay for flowers that were not delivered correctly. This company is disgusting.

Their business license should be suspended. Never use Bloomex!!
