They promised to deliver the freshest flowers but the two flower arrangements that I have ordered from them were delivered in horrible conditions. The tulips were wilted and the 100 stems bloom ended up having only about 24 stems because the rest of the bouquet had flowers with broken stems .
No one was available on their live chat (waited online for a response for almost an hour) even though it kept saying that i was the next customer in line and that someone will be with me promptly. Then I tried to call but i was directed to either leave a voice mail for a call back within 24 hrs. I left two messages. Got no reply.
I was also directed to email them directly with the promise of a reply within 24 hrs.
Again, it was not true. Apparently they are eager to accept orders and payment but not interested with customer service or problem solving.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Don not waste your time and money with this compmany.
