UK Relatives sent flowers (to Australia) for Christmas using Bloomex.Ordered for delivery for Christmas Eve 24 December.
They were not delivered until 5 days later on the 29 December. When they were delivered all the flowers were dead. I contacted Bloomex the same day to request fresh flowers or that the sender get a refund. I was told it was a busy time of year and delays were to be expected.
I insisted I wanted a response and was told that it would be referred to 'management' and that I would be contacted by someone. it is now the 3rd January and I have yet to be contacted.
This is very distressing as my relatives sent the flowers in good faith.I will tell anyone never to use Bloomex as the service was appalling and the response to a problem was none existent.
