UK Relatives sent flowers (to Australia) for Christmas using Bloomex. Ordered for delivery for Christmas Eve 24 December.

They were not delivered until 5 days later on the 29 December. When they were delivered all the flowers were dead. I contacted Bloomex the same day to request fresh flowers or that the sender get a refund. I was told it was a busy time of year and delays were to be expected.

I insisted I wanted a response and was told that it would be referred to 'management' and that I would be contacted by someone. it is now the 3rd January and I have yet to be contacted.

This is very distressing as my relatives sent the flowers in good faith. I will tell anyone never to use Bloomex as the service was appalling and the response to a problem was none existent.
