I pre -booked flowers to be sent on 14th Feb. I got around 10 emails on 13 feb confirming of my delivery on 14th Feb .but to my dismay the flowers were never delivered on that day .When you call them the voice message says they are close of the day will be back on 15th Feb as they are out on delivery.

Same story when you call them on 15th they have not started their phone line.

The online chat no one replies. Its a service would recommend no one to use .Its not question of delivery on time its about playing with people emotions and feelings.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No delivery.
