Bloomex Australia - No delivery after 2 days
I went on line and choose Bloomex. I ordered on line on Monday and asked that the flowers be delivered the following day. Two days later they still hadn't arrived.
It was impossible to speak to anyone so I stayed on Chat for 30 minutes but they never replied. I then sent another Chat message asking them to telephone me immediately but still no response.
I have tried to contact other outlets but I have not been able to contact them either. I have now tried to contact Fair Trading and found your site.
My daughter has just come home from hospital and I am upset that my flowers never arrive.
Never buy from Bloomex. Unfortunately the florist I usually use is on school holidays.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $70.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
