Flowers were ordered on 12 Apr 2018 via website www.bloomex.com.au. Money was transacted out of the account immediately for delivery the next day being 24 hours as per terms and conditions, however flowers were not delivered on the 13 Apr 2018.
We followed up on 14 Apr 2018 when recipient did not receive. There is no telephone number to follow up. There is a chat line however they cannot advise on the status of delivery remembering this is three days after date of delivery. The advise given via chat is that manager will advise via email. I found this very unprofessional, no apologies, no reassurance and nil urgency to deliver immediately after they had made a mistake and especially after payment has been received.
Email was received two days after followup stating company did not know what had happended and two options were given.
One to upgrade at no additional cost and two for credits to purchase flowers in the future.
We chose to upgrade and flowers were delivered 5 days after initially ordered. We were happy that flowers teddy and card were finally delivered.
However the worst was flowers were not upgraded as stated in email. The flowers looked smaller than what was initially ordered. Flowers looked like a $20 bunch from a supermarket than a $50 bunch from a professional flower shop.
Extremely dissapointed, I do not recommend this company based on my experience.
Bloomex Australia need to step up professionalism and providing excellent customer service on timely manner and leaving up to their Term Conditions.
Bloomex Australia ripped me off as a customer in keeping a portion of the payment and delivering cheaper flowers.
