I had ordered for Flowers for my Fiance' for Valentines day on 12th February to ensure she gets it in time. Guess what...it reached her on 20th February with dried up flowers.

I was informed by Purolator on 13th Feb that there was some noted damage on the package and hence maybe delayed. i was also informed by the agent that they did not transport live flowers as policy so not sure how Bloomex got them to in the first place. Anyway long story short after several attempts to reach Bloomex on phone which directs to a Livechat that is of no help at all the and several email to them with a response saying someone will contact in 24 hrs, which never happened, the package finally reached my Fiance' on 20th February! Please see attached picture showing the dried flowers!

I have ordered several things online in the past with no issues but this was my worst experience of all. I am exploring ways to get a full refund!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: I hated it.
